Untethered technology gives us the freedom to do nearly anything, anytime, anywhere. It can also enslave us - we feel compelled to use it where ever it is. Technology is neutral. How, when and where we use it is up to us.

In your arms I forget what the yarn knows of sweaters. I forget how to hold myself together. So if I unfold now like a love letter tell me you'll write back soon. Tell me you'll still come untethered.

We live in an age where people are like, I'd love to catch up. Maybe text me later? But don't call because I don't really listen to my messages. But if you text me... We've displaced interaction into sound bites and untethered phrases and sentences that come up on the phone as Twitter feed.
