When you hire somebody, you shouldn't have to tell them [a lot of what] to do you hire them because you like their work and all you've got to do is tweak them a little bit.

I love L.A. It was an awesome place to spend my 20s, full of creative people, but I never wanted to stay there. My wife and I found this place in Texas that we really liked, so we packed up our stuff and moved.
