My greatest career moment was when my career ended. Because I focused my entire life on athletics. And not becoming - not exploring other areas in my life - it opened me up to explore the world and other experiences. It was eye-opening.

Being truthful - that's what I admire the most in people. That's about it. As long as people are honest. Honest to themselves as well - more than anything else.

MMA is in like the bare-knuckle era as where boxing once was. What it has to do is be given time to grow up. The sport is really just starting right now. Slowly, the public will become educated about and appreciate all the different technical aspects of the sport and athletes will develop without a strict adherence to a distinct art or style.
