It's a wonderful feeling to experience a shift when you realize that you have the power to change the patterns within yourself.

I feel most vulnerable when I am underprepared - for instance, if I have an audition and haven't worked through the material enough beforehand. Also, if I am running late, I feel completely vulnerable because I am usually the person who is early to everything so that I can settle down and breathe before jumping in to the task at hand.

Crying feels so good sometimes, and I do it when I'm happy, sad, stressed, scared. I like to believe that tears are my friend.

We become lost in being everywhere but here and now, and the ironic part is that the present is the only place that will make us feel better.

One of my biggest lessons has been to be easier on myself and not make things such a big deal.

Living in the present is the way to go.
