People talk about discipline, but to me, there's discipline and there's self-discipline. Discipline is listening to people tell you what to do, where to be, and how to do something. Self-discipline is knowing that you are responsible for everything that happens in your life you are the only one who can take yourself to the desired heights.

That's why you bring in a veteran player. You never know when a player goes down, a guy's got to step up and play.

If it's possible to be in a good situation replacing a legend, he's in a good situation.

Limits are self-imposed. But there are no limits to human energy nor the goals you can achieve.

What I meant by that is, any time you have adversity, now you've got a chance to see all of these guys play every game the rest of the way like it's a playoff game. What you want guys to do when there's adversity is to play harder and play better, and that's when you see what kind of guys you have in your locker room.
