When Grease and Fame came out, people thought they were cheesy.

In high school, I was Mr. Choir Boy. I had solos, I was helping out the tenors with their parts and our choir teacher would ask me what songs we should do.

Things have changed from the old days when movie studios encouraged stars to partner up for publicity. There's been some pressure from Disney Channel for people to not have a personal relationship with their business partners.

Don't just learn one thing learn everything about whatever you're going into. If you want to be an actor, if you want to be on Broadway, hang lights, sweep floors, sell tickets, be an usher, do everything that you can because that's where you learn your character and your craft.
