My philosophy is that the club is more important than anyone!

Today you play for a place in history, today you play for immortality.

Players have responsibilities, because, whether they like it or not, they are public figures. They have to be aware that the people who come to the ground spend fortunes in relation to what they earn.

You have different levels of players. There's are Premier League, international and world-class levels. The world-class level is players at the peak of their career and there's only maybe 50 maximum in the whole world. Stevie moved from a Premier League player to an international player and then world class.

You can't say my team aren't winners. They've proved that by finishing fourth, third and second in the last three years.
