It’s a funny thing coming home. Nothing changes. Everything looks the same, feels the same, even smells the same. You realize what’s changed, is you.

You can be as mad as a mad dog at the way things went, you can curse the fates, but when it comes to the end, you have to let go.

The wish fulfillment of growing younger is not necessarily all it's cracked up to be. You have new problems that arise which you are not anticipating and you deal with the same problems you would deal with if you were ageing normally: what is the end of life about? What have I accomplished?

You never know what's coming for you.

Ultimately it doesn't matter whether you go forwards or backwards: you need to live your life as well as you can.

Our lives are defined by opportunities, even the ones we miss.

I think part of being a good screenwriter is being as concise as possible.
